If he was a city player, I would defend him espiecally if we was playing our title rivals at the weekend. But as a neutral, you clearly see its intentional. He's an absolute nut case, emre can can count himself lucky that he didn't break anything. This won't be the last time he gets banned for something like this. If anyone watches la liga, you can defintley vouch for that.

I wouldn't.

How the hell can you defend something so blatantly vicious as that?

If costa gets off then Oliver has to be demoted! I really can't see the fa going against what they claim is 1 of there top referees!

If Costa gets off, I wouldn't be surprised if Oliver resigns!

Re: Costa Charged!

They know it won't be overturned, it just gives Mourinho the fuel he needs to pump his players up even more, and if they lose, he will have a ready made excuse.

Win/win situation then. Either Costa gets a ban or the one-man disaster area that is Oliver goes back to League 2. Suppose it's too much to hope that we get both.

Haven't heard anyone other than Chelsea staff and supporters try to make a case for his innocence.

Having said that, the FA and logic are often poles apart. Nothing would surprise me with that shower.

Oh rat face has!

Why?
He would not have been charged unless the panel thought there was enough evidence to do so.
In an appeal , Costa would have to come up with some form of mitigation - in this case "accidental " would seem his only option.
Clearly the panel didn't think it was accidental, or they wouldn't have charged him.
I cannot see any way he can get away with this, but it will add to the chav's persecution complex.

I, and I would think most City fans would agree. We fully support our team but we are quick to chastise those who would bring the City name into any disrepute.

There's no supporting that behaviour, and I would like to think there is a large number of Chavs supporters thinking along those lines. It's not healthy for football to condone such behaviour.
