I would not put a penny on Diego Neanderthal being banned. Nor would I put a penny on him getting off! After all, it is our very own FArce who are in charge of the gig and they have a very long history of the most bizarre and outrageous decisions re banning players. The one thing that will not go for him is that he isn't an England international. Were he so, I'd be putting my estate in the country on him getting off!

Yesterday Poll actually made a good point.....said the way a ref would look at it and consider if it was deliberate was ' if it was a team mate on the ground would he have still made contact'.

I'll be amazed if he gets away with it

If it does it'll open a right can of worms. Every player will be appealing similar red cards and bringing this up as an example

If costa gets off then Oliver has to be demoted! I really can't see the fa going against what they claim is 1 of there top referees!

We didn't appeal with Balotelli sending off. Maybe with hindsight we should of as we had Everton away the next game and we got cheated in that game (Walton was ref).

Haven't heard anyone other than Chelsea staff and supporters try to make a case for his innocence.

Having said that, the FA and logic are often poles apart. Nothing would surprise me with that shower.
