I used to spend a fair bit of time in Russia in winter and flying out from there every few weeks. They just got on with it. Sort out the runway,De-ice the wings and get the flights going. Same as in South Korea where my missus is from, most winters are about -10°c
or colder. When we’re there in winter, you just get on with it, as they do with flights
