Could we be poorly supported at the CS this time?

Booked my train tickets Manc-Leeds £6 and then Leeds-K cross £39.50. Staying over the Saturday night and hopefully getting a lift back off one of the lads on the Sunday.

I'll never take Wembley for granted. Always had a cracking weekend there including the Wigan game.
Here here, im like you mate, you never know when these Wembley trips could dry up as there no guarantee were going to be there every year. We have had 3 months to plan this( me and the lads that is) were not going to be put off by the fact we have to change trains going and coming back. Some people say its only a friendly? A friendly you can only qualify to play in by winning either the premier league or the fa cup. As for support, we will have a good following down there train problems or not. The club is expanding in every aspect and whether people accept it or not we are getting new fans all the time, not just from abroad but all parts of england many of whom will get the chance to see at the cs if they so wish to. Looks like we have got the east stand, so its the globe baker street then on to swiss cottage for a few light ales, then on to Wembley park!

I'm going and I can't wait! The World Cup is brilliant and all that but it's not City is it?

Is it true we have got the East side of Wembley this time? First time for everything. Where are you all going? That pub on the bottom of Wembley Way always looks lively. Is it "The Torch"?

The fact that it's on Sunday.
The fact that it's a friendly.
None of my mates are going.

There's a few for you.

the ten hour return journey - only if you are going by push bike
the terrible access etc - park at a bushey station and take the train in , piece of piss
the shit and packed pubs - have a few drinks away from wembley and then go straight to the stadium
the fact its on a sunday - i dont go to church
the fact its a friendly - only a friendly if you lose
none of my mates are going - you havent got any mates

No, but it's better than a shite pointless plastic trophy that Moyes keeps under his pillow.

He's got a point. Your reasons weren't very good

If you live in didsbury and it takes you 5 hours to drive to London you must be a very slow driver!

The 1,000 for Hearts have not sold, surprising with all the die hards.
