I’m not arsed about being the biggest, just want to be the best.

But being the best team in the world for a good amount of time will eventually lead City to become the biggest team in the world. Signing Haaland was a step in the right direction. Pep and Haaland have put us into the elite category and we won’t stop growing. World class in every single department, that includes playing staff, coaches, directors, chairman, owner, facilities and overall structure. We may not have the most fans (doesn’t mean fuck all anyway) but we’re certainly the best by a country mile.

The Spanish speaking world is much bigger than people realise, and Real Madrid is the absolute pinnacle for them. Real will be the biggest club in world football for the foreseeable future.

And that's OK. We don't need to be bigger than them. We just need to beat them every time we meet in the UCL.
