At best the term coloured is very old fashioned, at worst its offensive and racist. It was used decades ago used to describe anybody who was not white, which implies that to be white is 'normal' or default, every human has a skin colour, so technically we are all coloured.
Along with using the term dark, I have to ask are you Alf Garnett??
