Do folks get the idea of cover for a player. Giving names of star starters of other teams make no sense. Why would Italy's starting DM want to come and be cover for De Jong? It is like asking Teves to go play cover for Messi? Doesn't make much sense.

It ain't so much cover as someone to rotate with De Jong we need.

Well that is a different story then. But the idea of the thread was for a backup for De Jong. i.e. someone to play that destroyer role if injury occurs
