At first, I thought Disturbed's cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence" was a blasphemy. But after several listens, I've changed my view. I now recognise it as a truly powerful version in it's own right but in an entirely different style to Art's.

Russ Abbot's version of "Atmosphere" (also 1983) was truer to the original than that one, though Russ did get a few lyrics wrong.
