To be honest mate, I think the best way to protect everyone is to protect those most at risk first.Absolutely Scotty, being one of those over 70s. My point is that we should be doing our best to protect everyone not just those most at risk.
It's the at risk group who are going to need hospital attention if they catch it.
If loads of the at risk group catch it at the same time, it's going to overload the NHS and mean there are no beds for other needs.
The whole strategy now seems to be about managing the volume of cases and spreading it out so that it's manageable.
My own view is that we should all take personal responsibility to halt the rate of the spread, for the good of everyone else.
