Mate look at the eyebrows and teeth again, think of your sanity this is the woman looking at her best.
I’m way past my peak, slightly worried about dying from Coronavirus, enjoy female company, and am willing to bet her body is ok - plus the foregoing age difference.

My sanity is intact.

The thing that's puzzling is that Witty kept saying today that we need to do everything we can to stop the numbers needing ICU treatment below the NHS' ICU capacity. And yet we have still have not shut pubs, restaurants and bars in London, or the underground or trains or airports.

He must either by lying through his face, knowing full well that we have no chance, and not caring that our lack of total clamp down will cause countless - many thousands of - extra deaths. This would seem unlikely for a medical man to be so cavalier and uncaring.

Or, he genuinely believes it's all under control and that we are doing enough. Which also seems ridiculously implausible given our limited NHS resources and the spiralling case numbers.

Puzzling.

I think all of it to date has been puzzling if it’s really thought about tbh. The model they used in the first place, the message around herd immunity as well as the idea of it (which some people still think we are doing ), the ramping up of a lockdown rather than just going straight to it, the lack of testing on any borders even though we’re an island. None of it actually really makes sense if you really think about it.

I was 16 when Swine Flu hit and my brother had it and was relatively okay. I was like most self centred lads at 16, only interested in football and girls. I wasn’t into politics or current affairs at all.

With that in mind, can someone who was mature at the time of Swine Flu or SARS tell me if the panic was anywhere near as bad?

I know we didn’t impose serious measures so it’s obviously not but what was the worry like and did it all just go away quickly?

My French friend is thankfully getting his op tomorrow (torn tendons). He alerted me to one possible cure using anti-malaria drugs chloroquine and a variant. Early days but the Bayer company is reportedly giving the USA some to test following use in France. "Chloroquine isn’t approved to treat patients suffering from novel coronavirus infections, but some early studies have shown promise.
In France, for instance, a professor conducted a small study of the malaria drug in 24 patients with novel coronavirus infections. Only 25% of those who received the medicine tested positive for the virus after 6 days, according to en24. Meanwhile, of those who didn't receive it, 90% tested positive after that timeframe. The French government now plans to run larger studies."

already bought some a few days ago when I read about its use.
It’s available over the counter.

Do you reckon they made the bat thing up, and unleashed a terrible virus they were working on accidentally
the government are talking shit and this is bigger mess than they are cracking on about. the public are being told lies and food and water other stuff will run out fast. and if people think panic buying is bad then just wait ? its going to need to be control by the army. the streets will be on locked down and a curfew will be put in place and don't think about rioting because it will not be tolerated and people will be shot dead without a 2nd thought

they say read between the lines and you will find the truth ? well you watch in the next couple of days and weeks the government the queen and all the top people will be in hiding and in safety from the infected and it will be every man for his self and fuck you
i want to tell you to F/O and behave, but thats not the first time ive heard this

Not even remotely as bad, I can't remember shutdowns of people losing their jobs rent and mortgage amnesties. I say this as someone who had swine flu and nearly lost someone close who had it, it was touch and go.
