The main bit was about about 8 days or thereabouts,i lost track of days, that was very scary time ,not had any problems with my lungs before,i said before i feel lucky that i had it early on before 111 got to swamped
There are a few on here that have had it but didn't want to talk about it on the forum but wanted me to tell people what it was like, how to get help and how 111 works etc and what the treatments were,i will tell anyone anything except my bank details! so i was happy to,kept me from panicing as well
So those bank details you gave me were false?

What was the first symptom you developed Karen?
It pretty much hit me at the same time, the cough, sore throat, breathing got hard, didn't notice the high temperature till i saw the first dr,if you are healthy you might not get much at all,it is not like a cold,i didn't get bunged up or runny nose or anything, quite a bad headache,if you get it bad you certainly know it but thankfully most won't even know they have it

My chest is tight at the minute, not breathing as easily as normal, trying not to think about it though. Must've been scary for you, and glad you're on the mend.

Thanks,if you are worried go on 111,they probably won't be too interested unless yoy have the cough and/or high temp as well

I’ve been reading, watching, listening, worrying that much about it all I’m becoming sure I’ve developing it because I’ve sneezed a few times and got a bit of a tight chest.

I’ve had a final day of eating shit and drinking today. Finished work at 14:00 and came home to drink some MACKSON Stout (Tesco were out of Guinness) and on a bottle of wine now.

But this weekend I’m switching everything off, will just listen to some tunes and watch some films but also start a plan of how to train without going to the gym and going to batch cook some meals.

Maybe it’ll make me less paranoid!

I think lockdown means different things in different countries.
In Spain it means that everybody is at home, apart from doctors, nurse, police etc
If you can do your work from home fine, if not tough shit.
You are allowed out to pick up food or medicines.
To my mind this is the way to deal with it.

I've been following UK news today and understand that pubs, restaurants are closed.

But what about shops?
Shops are open so long as distancing is in place.

I am going to be a big fat **** when all this finishes and I survive. I'm eating as elephant.
