Yes, supermarkets here insist on 1 meter spaces, provide poly gloves for all and prefer card payments to cash.
Even farmacia allows only one at a time in shop with 1 meter gaps outside shop.
Mobile police checks mainly on roundabouts randomly checking vehicles for 1 person and rechecking on way back that reason for journey was legal ( ie food bank or medical).

The difference is that here those are the only 2 shops open. If UK highstreets are business as usual apart from bars and restaurants there is ample opportunity for this to spread.

Very similar to me mate, I generally keep pretty fit but have just lost it this week and drank far too much and watched too much news. From tomorrow I’m back at it, run in the morning, and I’m also watching films rather than the news.

We have a 7 year old daughter obviously out of school now although she is entitled to go, but all her other after schoolstuff is a cancelled, we are drawing up a daily routine, very morning 20-30 of exercise with me and hopefully the wife, we are going to get fit together and hopefully lots of fun learning, either that or I’ll murder both of them before we get out of this ;)

I got it on Monday - it was like being hit by a train. No fever but very bad cough and lungs very painful with blood pressure through the roof. Tuesday worse, Wednesday no better but also aching all over, Thurday lung stuff down to occasional pain with cough gone and tingling + occasional ache and blood pressure down quite a lot. Also kidneys painful. Today just a stuffy nose the occasional ache especially in the Kidneys with blood pressure nearly back to normal. I had a very very mild sore throat the Monday before I got hit by the hammer but took action as a result of warnings to boost my immune system. Thank God I did or I'd be in a right state.
If I haven't had it I'd love to know what the fuck I've had. Every symptom is in the wrong order for cold or flu or cough.

Must have caught it at the doctors surgery where Ivechad MCL treatment. Everywhere else I've been scrupulous on keeping my distance.

Really blows my mind the sheer stupidity of some of our nation. People still going out tonight, pubs advertising one last blow out for tonight. There’s a stubbornness and show must go on type attitude without knowing the seriousness of what’s going on. There’s nothing big or clever about going out tonight, yet people think there is.
