Not sure, it may have already happened. New cases in the London boroughs haven't gone up that much in a week.
Different areas of the country are on different parts of the curve.

Just been out for the 8 o clock clapathon and only the feral family on the whole cul de sac were a no show, probably on his way to Cornwall

In my cul de sac no signs of anybody and no clapping heard but three loud deep bangs similar to those at the swamp in the 2008 derby and bizarrely a lone bugle plaintively blowing strains of the Last Post and unidentified similar music.
Well done and grateful thanks to all NHS staff but bugles and big bangs are a bit weird

In fact Liverpool metropolitan areas have been hit hard with new cases over the last few days. Birmingham a few days before that.

That's one hell of a wait! it's probably in 10-15% of us after a couple of months!

Have you seen the rate of new infections in e.g. Singapore?

And BTW there's no way 10-15% of us are infected. Sure it's many times more than the 65,000 registered cases. But not 100x to 150x more.
