Nicola Sturgeon reiterates the message "stay at home, save lives and help us to protect the NHS".

The first minister points out the Scottish government is legally required to review the lockdown every three weeks, with the latest one today.

She says: "The lockdown must be extended at this stage."

More detail of the analysis behind this decision will be published at 2pm today.

She says: "We are together making really significant progress in our efforts to get this virus under control."

May not be 3 weeks, they have to review in 3 weeks, suggestions some restrictions will be lifted at intervals before the 3 weeks.

Next door but one is having new carpets fitted today.

In theory if they are in a different room, wipe down after the fitter and don't come into contact with the fitter then they may be ok. However I am guessing there may be more than on fitter and social distancing won't be easy. I am even nervous about the window cleaners coming to my house let alone letting anyone in.

they will be doing exactly the same I bet you. England will be extending lockdown as well with a few restrictions lifted. Longer exercise, park walks fishing whilst maintaining social distancing,

same shit just how it’s spun.

EDIT low and behold now reporting that legally we have to have a review today and Boris will be extending for another 3 weeks with a few concessions to be announced Sunday .
