The manipulation of these statistics is frightening saying we are on a 17% fall. No, that's taking into account London which yes has been on the fall but northwest and greater Manchester has been steady and not fallen from the start of all this and will rise after this weekend. It is not a true reflection of what is going on in the rest of the country trust me!! So why are the other nation's staying in lockdown? I'm with them on this.

Belgium’s is particularly bad because they’re counting suspected Covid deaths not just deaths confirmed by a Covid test like the others. If counted on the same basis the chances are it could be significantly lower.

For some reason Belgium's death figures include, unlike most other countries, cases where Covid-19 is the suspected cause, not just the confirmed cause. But exactly how much that contributes to this high figure I don't know.

I thought the message was that it is incumbent on all employers to make the places of work safe by introducing appropriate social distancing measures.

Ideally that should be in conjunction with the workforce but if not it should be enforceable by the authorities if they get a tip off it’s unsafe.
