America put another alert today about the kids and the covid efforts on their lungs,they have several in New York alone,it is still very rare so don't worried about it ,it is another thing this pesky virus is coming up with,i remembered earlier about another thing of ulcerated larynx in adults which the drs find when trying to ventilate then,when I had it, my throat ,just a bit further back than normal was on fire and it went right down into both lungs,eating really hurt as well,so just two things are new to this illness

I tried to get a fireman round to hose me down and help the burning but they wouldn't go for it,ha

When there is a confirmed case of someone that's had it, having it again, but 3 1/2 million people have been tested positive around the world and there are only a handful of stories suggesting that someone could have had it more than once, its a pretty big sample, even in a very much larger world population.

It might be that people weren't getting tested from mid March for a few weeks,they might have been treated and assumed covid then got a sick again and that time got tested ,we wasted a few weeks with testing ,we might have found some had we had tested everyone who presented with the symptoms

The ones in Korea and China were early doors so they have longer to look at it,it will be something we can get a handle on now we are testing again
The antibody test will help

The cough goes on for a long time,gets more productive near the end,i had a couple of days of coughing up lovely green stuff,another course of antibiotics and the cough stopped,reading that patients are getting dead lung cells maybe the cough stayed till I had emptied my lungs,i still get a bit breathless about 8-9 weeks on,the cough was so incessant ,night and day,violent enough to make me throw up at the same time
It is no wonder your wife is feeling lethargic ,it takes it out of you.spoil her a bit longer

There have been a few in Korea and China 12 of them had shown it was a testing issue,there are some in america and in Italy a footballer tested positive four times

I know your responding to a request for information on 2nd infections butThe 1st article is 2 weeks old, the 2nd a month old and the third 2 months old.

The WHO is now certain that these are false positives from dead cell debris being expelled from the lungs.

How long do you reckon it will take for the antibody tests to be rolled out?.

Be interesting to see just how many people did have it and if we do have antibodys and how long do they last.One things for sure there will be a 2nd wave maybe not while its warm but in aug sept.Also did anyone see the news tonight about the young children with the toxic shock affects from fighting the virus?.its so obvious the virus is trying to mutate and sending the kids back to school should be a big no after seeing this.

She agrees with Tony fagui in america needs to be a balance between life and economy and not lift restrictions too quickly

basic measures like hand washing and social distancing etc are here for a long time

Recovery from covid? , long term lung and breathing probs in some ,most do ok

Can you get more than one strain of covid,can you get it again? Some immune response but nothing concrete yet ,studying it,most important studies,looking into T cell response to the illness as well

The kids that are getting lung illness ? Need loads more info on it,some kids test positive and others havent

they said in the briefing they want to get it rolled out immediately,firstly nhs and carers,key workers ,hope then to those of us who have been illl with a positive test,then everyone else,i don't know how many tests we are buying

I think we do need to be armed and ready for a second wave later in the year,it is a shame that we have been slow to test properly and the stand of the tests we have used

I was just watching the Americans talking about their kids with this

If I knew I’d had it I would be straight down the blood bank donating blood so they could use the plasma to help someone else. If they could build up a big enough stockpile of it, it’s something the nhs would have in a 2nd wave they didn’t have in the 1st.
 
Good news that London may have totally eradicated the virus within the next couple of weeks, considering where it was that is fantastic. North East now the epicentre, hopefully it will prove to be a few weeks behind where London was and be in the same place in the next few weeks.
