Wasn’t it rumoured a while back that he might have a share position in the producers of hydroxychloroquine?

I thought the NYT said the Trumps had a small interest in Sanofi, through a fund. That's a big company, but wasn't there also something recently about Trump saying he had first call on a Sanofi vaccine, a claim that Macron objected to?

I think when he was claiming to have stockpiled 150 million doses of hydroxychloroquine that most came from India - all bets are off really as to manufacturing there. I think there are several generics companies who make it.

I don't think care home owners /managers are thick, they have to be led by the gov and PHE and whoever else are the ones running the pandamic, they were told they weren't in danger in feb, they have take pts back from hospitals and were told no test was needed or maybe nobody who should have made the connection, made it
The homes decided off their own back to stop allowing visitors ,nobody advised them to do it,they maybe thought they were covering the bases,as for lockdown in terms of staff moving in I don't know without looking

It is late,i will have a look at time lines in the morning

It's happened everywhere in Europe where there has been moderate or worse levels of Covid-19 infection. There will likely be a common cause.
Not much difference between England, Scotland and Wales either with each Health service run by a different political party. Though England is slightly better off than the other two percentage wise

I've thought that for a while.

The numbers which relate to progress seem to me to be:
- number in hospital (we get this)
- number in ICU
- number discharged
- number moved out of ICU for recovery

As it's possibly a bit tricky to get them, reporting them a day behind would be fine, as it will still show the changes.

I'm no @Gelsons Dad, but I can imagine hundreds of you scouring this thread daily for an update from me of the 07:33 arrival into Central London.

Well, I can report that it had seventy six passengers on board this morning. This is a 33.33% increase from a few weeks ago but, as the train usually brings in up to a thousand happy commuters, this is only a 7.6% usage.

Last time I reported, there was a 5.7% useage. So the upswing is a massive 1.9%.

The usage increase from 0.57% to 0.76% is actually an increase of 43.32% from your last update to this.
