Cautiously optimistic, we will see. If it does we are still months and months away from any type of mass vaccination.

I think people need to take a step back on this vaccine article a bit.
it may well be very positive but from what I just read it’s results from stage 1 animal trials so very early data. Even if it’s v positive it’s not party time just yet.

But one of my closest mates’ grandmother unfortunately died following a stroke, she wasn’t tested and they tried putting Covid on the death certificate. Her family had to actually fight to get it off as she hadn’t been tested and it was obviously the stroke.
There’s the whole “suspected of Covid-19” line with some authorities.
just a small point in this one. Blood coagulation issues is well up there as a covid side effects..
how does your mate know it was a stroke and not a blood clot caused by Covid? Just the lack of test?

Zero symptoms of Covid, no test done but had a stroke and died.
Someone in the home had Covid so they stuck it down.
It eventually got reversed.

They've been doing stage 3 trials in Brazil for a decent amount of time now haven't they? Surprised if it was just stage 1 trials they'll talk about
