Italy have gone from 20 case to 150+ in 3 days. they are cancelling there carnivals etc now to stop the spread.

Edit: Italy has quarantined 12 towns, and have cancelled football matches etc etc.

Just got back from a few days in Porto. We saw 3 people with masks at Luton airport on the way out, none on the way back. Porto was standing room only but we didn’t see anybody wearing a mask. Not much panic in Portugal or U.K. it seems.
 


Another update.

Sounds like its really bad in Iran. one of his contacts ( he admits its purely anecdotal evidence ) is stating they are reporting deaths by the hour in Tehran.

Nah, there's the Alps and stuff between us and Switzerland. Zurich is also closer to Germany than Italy. You should be more worried about getting fleeced, with the prices they have over there.
 
There will be no Olympics or Euros. I doubt if epl will reach a conclusion and kiss goodbye to cl. Imagine london with nobody on the street well thats most cities in China. Some are suggesting its manmade to reduce the older population of China not along after they removed the one child family policy. Deathrate/ infections is over 2%. Some in Europe sit secure but not for long

WHO seems to be very concerned about this and advise that we should be prepared for a pandemic, my hunch (Based on nothing) is that this emergency is being overplayed, it's time to call my family get them round to the house and lock them in, beans for 2 months and glue the letterbox shut.
