Looking like Spain’s going to be like Italy within a week. It would seem logical to block flights from there to buy us some time.

My biggest concern with this is the sheer numbers who haven’t or are unwilling to be tested. So many who have symptoms are just putting it down to a bit of cold or flu.
I fear the numbers would be much higher otherwise.

For anyone still wondering if the “Summer Heat” will help, Qatar had 238 new cases today (up from 24 in total yesterday).

The temperate is a steady 28 degrees today and 21 now at 7pm.

The other coronaviruses ARE seasonal but the reasons for this are not entirely known.

Let's hope this coronavirus behaves the same way and gives us some respite over the summer and autumn.

Sensible in my view. Only a few infections, still in the stage where not everything is known about this thing. Maybe it will turn out that your government has over reacted, so what? Better than having not acted and facing a catastrophe.

I just hope that your government and those in Montenegro and Croatia decide not to ban Brits in the next few weeks. I am beginning to think I am not destined to get to Mostar.

Yeah, I'm not too bothered it's like that, actually like it. Maybe about training, kid trains football, two weeks off is bit too much. I doubt they have any plan, tbh, Boris is maestro compared to those here, they just react on pressure, and there was some in last few days. It all depends on public, if public would panic, they'll ban you. Hopefully this shit will be over until then, I'm not sure how even much better economies than ours would deal with it if it gets prolonged.

I was due to fly back a couple of times this month but cancelled my plans. Probably be no flights anyway now so was a wise decision. Last think I wanted was being stuck in the U.K.! Haha!

What do you want him to say?

“Yeah it’s fucked lads, shit loads of elderly people will die breathless deaths and the economy is about to collapse, grab all the bog roll you can because you’ll never shit in luxury again!”

He is not in an easy position. I am no fan of this bloke to say the least and I fear his government has made some grave errors and in the fullness of time questions will be asked and answers will be demanded. That is for the future.

As it is he is not going to please everybody. Does he tell the truth and potentially cause panic, or does he lie and thus be the same old Boris but worse than ever this time? The truth is he probably has to a degree just hope for the best, as do we all.

If this thing explodes in USA and it's a matter of time probably, there's going to be some fire. Their health system is awful, they are barely doing any tests, sht gonna hit the fan there big time.

My brother went there on Sunday for a week. I wonder if he’ll make it back?

My guess is that it already has in some cities. Lack of testing and fake news from the administration are making it look like it hasn’t. We’ll find out soon I would imagine.
