Same here, we have parents from two households coming to ours for 2 hours on Xmas day. We have today found out that another family member who lives on their own and has mental issues has been let down and has asked to come to us as well.

I don't want to break the rules even if it's just for 2 hours.

Told my wife I feel like just scrubbing it altogether

I'm now just thinking this tiered system is bollocks. Should we not just have a unified national lockdown which will keep infections to a minimum. The tiered system just seems to be plate spinning only you are asking an amateur to do it.
