Latest one I heard from our local tin foil hat wearer yeaterday when I said that they wouldn’t have shut London down as strictly as they have for shits and giggles was that they would do it for shits and giggles and it’s all down to Prince Charles and the position he holds in the World Economic Forum. Apparently this was all agreed back in June and it’s all about the New World Order and an economic reset. How he thinks Ol’ Big Ears has influence over our government and the rest of the world is beyond me. Anyway, I did some digging when I got home and the WEF does exist and Prince Charles is involved. They also put forward a proposal for an economic reset back in May but not one that fucks the average man in the street over - it’s a proposal to get the world economy back on its feet following the pandemic. In any case it’s only a proposal but off the back of that the inevitable conspiracy theories have come about regarding a power grab and all that bollocks, and somewhat hilariously the conspiracy theorists reckon Donald Trump is the only leader in the world who is trying to stop it! Funny that as I don’t recall Trump himself mentioning this horseshit in any of his Twitter rants.

I think there’s been so many embarrassing conspiracy’s debunked in all this that people will turn a blind eye in future - that’s a good thing

Spain have now banned us

its ever changing, i went into work this morning,met 2 workmates in the car park and we walked into work, we got to security and i got a call telling us to go home as there werent any flights, i live 5 mins away so wasnt too bad for me, one lives in salford, the other lives in castleford(yorks) he wasnt too pleased, so we walked back to the car park and set off for home, 5 minutes into the journey we get a call, they had made a mistake and asked us to come back.lol

i can see me getting put on furlough(fulltime) in january

I think there’s been so many embarrassing conspiracy’s debunked in all this that people will turn a blind eye in future - that’s a good thing

That’s one of the reasons why we need to see this thing off ASAP - primarily to save lives of course, but also to get some kind of normality back where these conspiracies will look even more stupid. The trouble at the moment is that with stricter measures coming in, more and more people are getting increasingly pissed off and some of those will be looking outside the box and becoming more susceptible to believe the more outrageous sounding shite coming from the tin foil hat wearers.

Is there much transmission in Primary Schools or is it mostly secondary? My daughter is primary and only one class was sent home to self isolate between sept and Xmas.

My sister who is a teacher at a secondary has had a nightmare with both staff and pupils having to isolate all the way through.

I would have thought the risk from Primary is low as they don’t go out once school has finished.

Its mainly secondary. I work in Early Years linked to a local infant school. Only one year 5 group sent home after teacher tested positive. Nothing in the under 5s at all.
