Spain has low death figures etc, and is allowing 3 kids with 1 adult for walks once a day.
Fines as follows if rules not complied with:

601 euro for more than 3 per adult, going in parks, not keeping 2 metre rule from others, etc with highest minimum fine for not keeping to 1 kilometre distance from home which starts at 1501 euro fine. Unlikely maximum of 30k euro fine for all individual offences.

For Andalucia opening of some shops and some cafės end of next month.

Edit:
Seems Andalucia cannot make decision regarding its shops etc it has to come from Central Government so possibly a little premature.

This Edward Argar handling himself well under onslaught from Piers and Susannah, seems a pretty sharp guy.

The sad thing is, Piers convinces his cult followers that he does it in order to hold people to account and receive answers.

This is bollocks, he does it for twitter likes, RTs and to boost his inflated ego. Susannah is just his little lap dog.

The broadcasting in general has been awful, less about genuine interviewing and more about fame whoring journalists improving their profile.

There was a German minister on Marr this morning saying for every 20,000 people it would require a team of at least five personal to carry out contact tracing. That's a huge undertaking to coordinate something to that degree.
Indeed it is. But South Korea did it.
We need such teams as Civil defence for the next virus to "escape" from China.

What do all 16,250 of them do for the rest of the time? One could go through two careers back to back and not be needed.
