My best wishes to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.Thanks. I’m not arsed about myself, I don’t want my 3yo to get it as he has a hole is an artery and I don’t know how that would play out. It can cause him breathing difficulties, especially in the heat so it’s tricky.
You'd never in your life, been anxious prior to that ?first time I ever experienced it was the start of coronavirus. 4 sleepless nights. One of the worst things I’ve experienced

Normal levels of anxiety is fine ,uncontrolled anxiety is not, when I first had it I would wake up shaking from head to foot, couldn't get out of bed, open the door, open the post, answer the phone ,watch anything on tv ,any of those things were insurmountable ,in the end I knew I would kill me if I didn't reach out so I called the surgery and my Dr came round and I was put on treatment, still on treatment but even so about a month ago I was so anxious i lay in bed with the sheet over my head awake but too scared to move a muscle for about seven hours, that is mental illness,i wish those who haven't suffered would not brush it off as nothingAnxiety isn't a mental illness. It's a natural response to uncertainty.
Always had anxiety but that was a whole new different level and I honestly think I can relate to someone having real anxiety now.Didn’t think about it before.
my whole mentality and way of thinking was completely skewed - never a experience I ever want to go through again.
He’s right though. Anxiety (the condition) is a physical health problem, not mental.Normal levels of anxiety is fine ,uncontrolled anxiety is not, when I first had it I would wake up shaking from head to foot, couldn't get out of bed, open the door, open the post, answer the phone ,watch anything on tv ,any of those things were insurmountable ,in the end I knew I would kill me if I didn't reach out so I called the surgery and my Dr came round and I was put on treatment, still on treatment but even so about a month ago I was so anxious i lay in bed with the sheet over my head awake but too scared to move a muscle for about seven hours, that is mental illness,i wish those who haven't suffered would not brush it off as nothing
Kaz is referring to a mental health issue ie anxiety disorder. Completely different. He’s right though. Anxiety (the condition) is a physical health problem, not mental.
“Feeling” anxious is a layman term that isn’t actually a ‘thing’. It’s just a word we attach to feeling worried about something. Having an anxiety condition is physical.
You need to get to that point again and again to understand what it is and how to control it.
