Its is under 5s. So children 4 and below do not require the test.

There's a code for daylight dogging and it depends on where the Mrs is sat in the car, if she's in the rear of the car it means she likes it in the rear, if she's in the driving seat it means she like to take the reins and if she's in the passenger seat she just likes to watch

Our Cologne/Bonn region (and other parts oft Nortrhine Westphalia) has been hit hard with with heavy rain for the last couple of days, resulting in lots of damage done by the flooding, 40 or so people died, more than 70 still missing. Not the best time to spend your holidays here, I'm afraid...
