That's my understanding of what was said.Does everyone coming on from any country at all have to PCR and isolate until negative result?

Until they know more about this variant I can see this having a really damaging effect on the already hard hit airline industry. Just when people were getting confidence back.

So I take it the PCR test on return has to be a test at home kit, otherwise it would render the self isolation thing pointless? And does it have to be done on the 2nd full day back or can we do it on the day we return and post it off?
