The timing of Mendy's breach is awful. Is honestly cancel his contract. At a time when Covid had decimated the training ground and when the club had reinforced protocol to the squad he does that?? Pep defends is when needed but I'd fucking angry if I was in his place.

Not even buying in to a media witch hunt on Mendy if one arises, as they’ll be doing their typical tactic of attacking City to take the heat off West Ham and Spurs.

That being said, I’ve never seen a more brainless, dumb twat at our club as Mendy. Given us nothing on the pitch, nothing but grief off it. I’d happily pay up his remaining contract to the tune of £10+million and beg Angelino to come back.

I very much agree the season should be abandoned ( and never should have been started) The players, let alone all the coaches, backroom staff etc are not Roman Gladiators sent out to entertain the masses and then sent back to their dungeons. They all have families friends and neighbours who must be at risk from all the travelling and mingling the clubs do. ( and don't get me started on players still gobbing out on the pitch during games). As I recall, players contracts always had a provision for dismissal for " gross misconduct" and I think City should show Mendy the door if these allegations against him are true !
