Time to being back Bony to do what Tevez did in 2012 when he came back.
The late mid-season deadline signings like Quinn, Walsh and Rosler saved us a few times.
Benjani and Fowler had less impact back got the occasional important goal.
City last signed Jesus mid-Jan window, and he has done okay, if not improved in a team where finishing is secondary to total possession. Maybe get Heber on loan for a few months?

He was in isolation because of close contact with someone (presumably the girl friend) who tested positive, does Kuns isolation not reset from when he tested positive himself?Hasn't he been in isolation for like 2 weeks now? The word isolation must translate differently from the Argentine dialect of Spanish.

So Andy Carroll or Wilfred Bony? ;)Just a stop gap would do, an old hand who's wily, knows where the net is and more importantly has some physicality. Him unsettling defences would creat opportunities for others. I'd even fetch bloody Costa in on a short term deal.

That's incorrect. False positives are out there.Yes, but in Kun’s case he has tested negative last week so if he is positive this week it means he has contracted COVID.
A positive test means you have or have had the virus.

Obviously not, although Bony when we signed him had just banged loads of goals in for Swansea. I've no idea how he turned into Laurie Cunningham's poorer kid brother when he came here but he did. Now if you ever saw Laurie Cunningham play for us you'll know that's bad.
At the moment we seem to have too much of the same up front. All our forwards barring Aguero are more creators than natural goalscorers. They're handy chipping in but we need a focal point.

Either that or we give Delap a chance. We are getting over the line in games but given the chances we create and the possession we have it should be more comfortable.

It’s a pity Aguero has had very limited minutes to show he is still a great goal scorer for us. And it seems there’s no end to whatever comes up to unable him to build on minutes to get him match fit.
As it is now I’m not sure at all he will be able to gain his scoring form due to the many days he was absent.
I hold hope he will be a squad member soon and play a big part in what’s coming our way from February. Very little though.
