Just dropped my mug on my iPhone like a tit, and the screen has cracked. Don't have any insurance or out.

Anyone know of anywhere to get it sorted cheap? Can get around Manchester but ideally town/east manchester.

Google is useless, all American stuff.

Cheers lads/lasses!

I have the same problem. You can get replacement screens for the 4 and 4S for about £40 and DIY. The 5 is about £250! Cheeky gits

Was afraid of that. Few people have said market in the Arndale but seeing if there's any easier places to get to.

iPhones come with one year standard warranty just that they don't tell you. I think if you go and ask them to replace it they should. That's what I did for my old iphone. Bastards just try to take your money and don't even tell that it comes one year standard.

I don't think accidental damage is covered by warranty

Alsmost certain they will tell you to jog on if you want a replacement due to your negligence :S

It's not.

I broke my iPad 2 screen last week and had an appointment at the "Genius Bar" on Tuesday, They basically sold me a new one for £199, no muss no fuss.

Are they not reconditioned ones? At least thats what I've been told..

Where do you live?

There's a little shop on Cross Street in Altrincham next to a music shop (can't remember it's name); opposite Greenalgh's Bakery; near Totties.

They'll fix the screen and put a screen protector on it. It'll cost you about £40.
