I agree TBH was bad, but I also think you have to factor in the fact that TBH has a market and someone else will buy him, perhaps at a loss but, how many 30+ Strikers will fetch even half what we are going to pay on the open market.

Whilst Im not at all a big Bellamy fan, think about it, he basically a faster and more prolific version of Paul Dickov ie. 100% workrate which is exactly what we need at this point in time. Given the De Jong and Santa Cruz signings (probably), Hughes has a great chance to show what sort on manger he is. To be fair to him hes made good decisions on signings to date (aside from Berti, who was allegedly signed because of his love for Thomas the Tank Engine).

I like Bellamy. I am surprised why alot of people dont want him here. I know he didn't do himself any favours at Newcastle. But we are not Newcastle, we are a team with amazing prospects. Everyone would like to play for us now. I don't see him turning around one day and saying he doesn't want to play or he wants to leave somewhere else. I guess he will know that he is dispensable at any moment, which would make him think twice. He would also realize that he isn't loved by many fans so I see a good future for him here!!

Or.... Coventry, Liverpool, West Ham, he even left Celtic and Blackburn under clouds!

i like him, aggresive and will help us defend and contest further up the pitch (less pressure on our defence). i think he will end up being a good buy.
