Just Ctrl + F'd "Bellamy" and couldn't find a thread so apologies if there is a thread.

How can someone be world class against the top teams but perform so averagely against the lower sides? Its not even for want of trying, he just can't seem to do it against them. I am genuinely clueless on this one, would appreciate some light being shed.

I thought he looked dangerous in the second half and was unlucky a few times today, once or twice with the ref and once or twice just not getting the rub of the green. One of those days really

in a way i agree but its not just him all the players play excellent vs the big teams then we we play the likes of hull,stoke & sunderland we are shite

Bellamy looked very dangerous in the 2nd half, The ref didnt give him a single decision today, His workrate was second to none in the second half he got in behind Hutton a number of times.

Was poor for most of the match, but lifted and contributed to our comeback.

I'm not sure the pitch helped him today - the ball wouldn't roll so he couldn't run with it.

The shooting, it was unbelievably tame, straight at the keeper and no power in it, could have belted the ball harder myself and I'm 45 and knackered !!

He was amazing against Chelski, not so much today.

Bellamy has been doing this his entire carreer, some days he looks worldclass, some days not so much.

great effort from him in the 2nd, but when you have a twat of a ref giving everything against you, for example the incident with mensah!! which i thought was fucking stupid, it does make it more difficult.
