I get this quite often, no prior notice and it’s like getting caught in the jaws of a Crocodile.
Starts at the dead centre of neck just above the Adam’s apple, then races up towards the underside of the chin faster than the Mrs can spend money.
Then comes a few seconds of stupid dance moves, accompanied by frantically rubbing neck upwards until relief.
Once tried to ride it out, fuck doing that again!
