No, it was felt there.I thought that report was the seismology dept in Cyprus said they got readings. I would be amazed if people actually felt/heard it. But stand to be corrected etc.

One resident said there were dead bodies outside her apartment, killed by flying shrapnel.. and that was a mile away from the blast!!
