Cricket's a funny old game. In some ways, this game swung (pun intended) on that change of ball for Australia. Due to Anderson getting injured, England really needed to get a lead of around 150 after the first innings, and the Aussies were struggling before they got a shiny new/old ball in the same way we struggled yesterday, but we didn't get the break. It's just how test cricket works, and why having a series of 5 games is so fascinating and hopefully levels out those pieces of luck.
England may have to suck it up this time around, though. Feels like we now have to juggle our bowlers around to find the best line up as well as our batsmen, which we knew about. Think the Aussies being settled will see them comfortably win the series (3-1 I guess) but they're not that great a team, Smith apart.
