If he decides at such a move, fine. That's his choice. If he doesn't, though, I can't see the new captain not wanting him in the side. He's far and away the best test batsman we've got. Which, I appreciate, isn't difficult.

i never question his batting and yes if he wants to play for another captain then that's fine by me
but just reading through the lines of the press release, he looks like he will be taking a full break at the moment

Broad and Stokes seem to be the names being kicked around on Twitter (I know!). Not sure about Stokes given his injury record.
