Shame about the rain. Otherwise Lancs would really be going for the win. As it is, probably need to score 350 tomorrow to put real pressure on Warks on Day 4.
Am hoping to go to OT for a day of the Essex game later this month- for one reason or another, my first visit for nearly 10 years!
Part time fan lol
Yes mate , I used to go myself more often when our Steve played . Been living away myself for nearly ten years one way or another . As I have said in an earlier post . Coming home from Tenerife next month ( the city bar ) hopefully get a game or two at Lanky . hopefully meet up

Almost did a Gary Sobers last one of the over just dropped short and went for four, when he’s on it there’s no better sight I was glad I got to see that innings in Barbados recently.
He was really annoyed when that last shot fell just short of the boundary.

Looking like 3 batting points each at the home of cricket, however we could dig in and deprive the Bungles of some bowling points. 12 point draw for us if we get 59 in 25.4 overs, or 109 for 14, but they need 7 more wickets in that time for full batting points which is less likely.

Surrey defeat Northamptonshire by an innings and 5 runs. Vasconcelos is not a vastly experienced captain, but I would imagine he might regret having put Surrey in on Thursday morning. That’s three home wins on the trot now.
