Another one side game.

England using the basic formula, steady from end of power play until over left =wickets and go for it. Not good once it gets to 12 and over needed, you need to go for it then whatever.

Ah Livingstone is he saving all the match winning innings for the World Cup because he looks so good for few balls then gets out in the same old way..

We won the toss and chose to bowl why?

Yeh I was a bit bemused by that decision - like I am with some of butlers decisions

It was interesting to hear Shaun Pollocks take on batting methodology in the Modern T20.
In other words batters are not selecting shots so much anymore. It’s gung ho from the off in the hope you just keep going.

So thoughtless slogging? I guess that does lead to why there are so many one-sided matches, and why a crafty bowler tie them in knots.

I'd thought one difference seems to be (also in the 50 over stuff) that England batsmen seem to hit the ball in the air more than the opponents. It may just be perception, and much of the time it'll be fine, but there seems to be an urge to out-macho the opponents by putting the ball in the crowd. Mentioning no Livingstones.
