Still new in his test match career but he plays anything like this in the ashes could be one of Englands all time greats! Nice one root top 100 he needed that!

Labushagne was always a decent cricketer but then had a stellar 2019 and he's pretty much carried on from there.
Brook has been earmarked as a generational talent since around 2016 when he scored 3 centuries in 2 weeks aged 17 for Yorkshire's second XI.
Since then he's captained England in all formats at all ages up until the men's side.
What is suprising people though is how quickly he's adapted to test cricket without changing his style or technique as opposed to the one day formats. Most runs scored after 9 innings by any batsman in the history of test cricket.
Bt is shite for highlights just put on Super sport cricket and highlights are on!

That’s a great effort by the two Tykes, probably enough to see us win the series. The pitch looked completely unplayable when I drifted off last night.

Root has always been a class batsman, pity he ever took on the captaincy. Harry Brook is just a sensation what we need now is a bona fide Lancastrian opener in the mold of Cyril Washbrook.

Was happy to get to lunch just 3 down, but ecstatic to wake up and see the score. Still plenty of work to do, but that wicket looked like a 120ao track, especially if you had to bat first.Wasnt expecting to wake up to that score. Third wicket went down and thought sod this, time for bed. Woke up and pleasantly surprised.
