Anything Shane Warne can do...
poor batting ? yes a jaffa of a ball. but the player has to move his feet and legs and block the ball with his pads because it can not be out down the leg side and outside the line

Anyone on here have tickets for anything coming up regarding cricket? I've got tickets for the first day vs New Zealand at Edgbaston and not heard whether I can attend or not yet
Yeah I think that should be fine as it's quite far away - the New Zealand one I'm hoping to go for is 10th June so after the 25% of stadium allowed in but not before 21st June.Day 3 of India at lords. Have some friends who work at the ECB and at the moment everything going ahead as planned but obviously subject to change
I’m not much of a batter either, but I assume they how they play the ball is determined by the length of the ball. If the batter believes they can cover/smother any spin from where the ball pitches, they’ll play forwards.Batsman finishes right back in the crease, as did Gatting iirc.
I was never much of a bat, but this can't be the correct way to play legspin, especially if the pitch is worn. Can any decent batter tell me what is the correct way?
That was some tee off yesterday - from memory 15 sixes and a 150 plus stand with the other player scoring a single !Darren Stevens must rank as one of the best players to have never represented England.
He’s still dominating with bat and ball at 45!
Mark Wood is one of the quickest bowlers I have seen. He’s rapid.
England players admitted using sweets in 2005, it is only getting caught that seems to be the wrong doing when it comes to the dark arts.![]()
Cameron Bancroft: Cricket Australia ask batsman if he has 'new information' on ball-tampering
Cricket Australia has reached out to Cameron Bancroft to see if he has "new information" about the sandpaper scandal after newspaper comments.www.bbc.co.uk
Its always been inconceivable that the entire first team especially the bowlers and very likely the entire squad didn't know what was going on. Also highly likely that their cheating was going on during England's Winter tour a few months before, which would go some way to explained the big swing they managed to get and England didn't. Just a bunch of liars and cheats that got off far too lightly.
