They have been bullied by Starc, because they are in awe/scared of Stokes and won't play to their strengths like Root does!

Stokes is at fault for this disaster of a tour. A good captain would realise that his batsmen are struggling and tell them to stop playing daft shots and convince them that they can get a 50!

IMO Stokes is to emotional and gets to wound up to be a Captain. Compare him to Ponting, Vaughn, Cummings and Cook. All had cool heads and have all captained a team to win the Ashes!

Stokes has really bought into the narrative that he is our Savior. He will run himself into the ground bowling in their second innings to prove how much he is our only hope!

In reality he hasn't changed a single thing to try something different despite being easily beaten in the first two tests, after being in control of both games at one point!
