The biggest negative of Bazball is that the bowlers don’t get much rest.

Whilst the mentality of it is overwhelmingly positive, it needs be less one dimensional. Sometimes sitting in for a session or two is necessary.

If the opposition put all their fielders in the deep, taking 6 singles an over is far more sensible than trying to launch the ball over their heads.

If you took away the school kids and the Barmy Army...........would that leave many apart from the commentary watching?

Let's be honest, test cricket is dying a slow death in a lot of countries. Attendances are woeful, unless it's rivals playing (India vs Pakistan, for instance). Even in Australia, attendances are up and down. The 20 over format is now king in the likes of Pakistan, India and the Windies.

Think there was some tricks behind played with this pitch! Was watered two days before the game! Why? Is it India New England win toss would bat first and India would of bowled anyway knowing how the pitch will be on the first day(a mine field) you look at it now on the second day it's doing fuck all! Just lucky we got to 353

I’d say India are marginally on top. We can’t seem to get Jaiswal out. It’s beginning to remind me of Steve Smith’s unique individual performance in the 2019 Ashes series.

Thought that might be just missing umpire call! We have had more of those umpire class close calls so about time we had one!

Bashir bowling well here..
