Yes, that gave me a good belly laugh that one. Talk about whistling in the dark. To be fair, I think the team he played in, it might have been a slightly more serious claim. I stand firm by my opinion. This Australian team is the best of a generally mediocre bunch. They wouldn't have been fit to tie the bootlaces of the team with McGrath, Warne, Hayden, Gilchrist, Langer, etc. in it.
And indeed, they may well not be the best, in fact, although the stats say they are.
