I dont get Lancashire cricket ground (to give it its proper name), it seems every year they put up this huge temporary stand for a test match and then dismantle it. Surely it would be better to build a permanent one?

We lost test status for a good while and the point cost a fortune,

I would have thought that continually erecting and dismantling it would be costing more?
