Isn’t that normal starting time? Surely the pitch inspection should be half hour prior to 11am. Could be rain free between 11 and 12 so that’s an hour they could squeeze in.

It’s stopped in Radcliffe (10 miles NNW) but looks like it might start again soon. But that meant the sum of zip yesterday. I’m hoping whatever change of wind direction took the rain away from OT and brought it to us yesterday happens again. So I’ll repeat what I said predicting no play at all today.
