Well part of this has come to fruition but the 300 prediction is looking a challenge!
 
Got tickets for Sunday. This time last week was hopeful it might be the deciding day of the whole series. Not even sure I'll be going at this stage...

Can we crawl up to 250, then try to bowl the Aussies out for less? Unlikely, I'd say. If either Smith, Khawaja or Labuschagne drop anchor, we'll be looking at a serious deficit on first innings.

I reckon England will stumble on until about 5-5.30 and nearly 300.
Gives Australia an hour or so.

I reckon the Aussies quite fancy winning the Ashes outright here for the first time in 20 years. Cloudy all day tomorrow - looks like Saturday could finish at lunch.
