I'm not inspired by Chilton, and don't think Benkenstein has a good record as a coach and a strange appointment, but the focus on everything else bar the CC is the problem. That is above those two.

Least said about the One Day Cup, no CC players picked last year and a load of teens with a record losing streak.

Jennings whilst a good player hasn't performed since his unheard of 5 year contract for a player his age, dropped early from his big bash side after 3 games, then started average this season in the CC and got worse. A on decent 5 year deal as a senior player and in danger of losing his batting place in Division 2. Hope he recovers his form soon.

Please don’t play for another draw tomorrow. Smash another 50 or more asap in the morning then try and bowl them out. Even though there’s a chance of rain after 4pm.
At least try it Lancashire.
