It's interesting how players who are in form in their main area can pull off special catches while those players who are hopelessly out of form in their main area couldn't catch a cold.

Can't say I'm a big fan of this short ball tactic, but it's worked for both sides now, we criticised Englands batting for getting out, but they've been just as bad, or is just difficult to play against it on this pitch and score runs ?

It looks like the kind of pitch where some fly off and some stick, so if you get the former you'll be caught at short-leg, and if you get the latter and go for it, you'll get caught inside the boundary.Brilliant catch.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is his last test match.

Ireland, already out, have 7th to play for against the winner of Nepal v UAE to decide the 15th and 16th best team in the world in effect, with the 14th team looking like Oman.
