He seems a really good bloke until he's smashing the ball into your pads at 90mph!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I see the county fixtures are out for next summer. It's ridiculous that the first games are scheduled for April 4th in order that the 100 can be played in August at the height of the summer.
No preparation whatsoever for an away Ashes tour the following winter.

We play the number 1 team 5 tests June and July, then 3 Test v SA in Sept.

England need to focus on trying in those 8 in the first place, as they will be crucial if we want to win the World Test Championship in 2027. We are already eliminated for 2025, but NZ still have all to play for in the coming series.

The Ashes is just a money spinner and the WTC should be a lot more important.
