Must be some record surely!Did they get 4 in 4 at the end of their last match?
2 in 2 to start the innings today.

We never be in the world test series final because how it is done! Look at South Africa run up games to the final a piece of piss 2 test matches against no one!I appreciate there are some posters in here who think that the sun shines out if our openers arses but for me they are in no way good enough. Yes they both have their moments but are nowhere near consistent enough if England ever want to be in that world test final that South Africa just won. Admittedly it might be hard to drop them both at once but certainly Crawley needs dropping, I suggest Bethell needs adding, and one of the other batters needs to become an opener - Brook, Pope, Root or Smith can’t do any worse at the job than that gormless Crawley. Not sure if there are any openers in the county game making a case for inclusion
I agree on Crawley but Duckett is very goodI appreciate there are some posters in here who think that the sun shines out of our openers arses but for me they are in no way good enough. Expect a 2 point deduction for last nights bat debacleLancs won again, things are looking up

Well I guess if we can’t get rid of both then Crawley it is!I agree on Crawley but Duckett is very good
I’ve played at Checkley a couple of times and it’s decent and so are they. Aye Cheadle the land of Moorland Royston Vasey.Don’t worry too much. Cheadle always have an advantage as a result of everyone having at least 6 fingers on each hand. (I’m a Checkley lad - not much love for Chay’dull ;))
“He's in big trouble,” said one of the commentators on the match live stream. “The umpire's brought the bat gauge out, to measure the legality of Phil Salt's cricket bat, and it's not going through. That normally effects penalty points, doesn't it?”Really? I didn’t know there was dodgy stuff just saw they won last night and again just now

Crawley is just too unreliable to be Englands opener.I appreciate there are some posters in here who think that the sun shines out of our openers arses but for me they are in no way good enough. We won't get to play in the World test final for 2 reasons ( other than performance alone ) the quality of the opposition we play and the fact at home seam conditions mean that over rates is always an issueI appreciate there are some posters in here who think that the sun shines out of our openers arses but for me they are in no way good enough. A precedent has already been set this season. Can't remember the team mentioned but they were given a 2 point penalty but suspended for 12 months.Expect a 2 point deduction for last nights bat debacle
