I presume mendes is in his own jet, reg number CS-DVH , enroute to Turin to pick Ronaldo up and fly onto Manchester.
One hopes that anyway and it doesn't do an Alves and diverts to Paris :)

What keeps my hopes up that this deal will not happen is Txiki & Omars incompetence. They truly are masters of f*cking deals up. But since Mendes is involved and doing the work for them he will most likely sign for us. Sure if he comes, I'll enjoy the banter and the goals, but he will never be a City legend, and I would have preferred us to replace one leaving with someone that at least have the potential to be one.
